“A woman in harmony with her spirit is like a river flowing. She goes where she will without pretence, and arrives at her destination prepared to be herself, and only herself.”

About Ashley

For most of her adult life, Ashley would have told you she was obsessed with health and fitness. She’s tried the diets, the workout programs, and spent years attempting to bio-hack her way to “optimal health.”

What she’ll also tell you — with her signature humour — is that there was a lot of learning… and not a lot of actually living.

Despite all the strategies, she felt increasingly disconnected from her body and further from the woman she knew she was underneath it all. Like so many of us, she was stuck in the cycle of trying to fix herself, instead of learning how to listen to herself.

Everything began to shift during a particularly messy, in-between season of life. After the end of a relationship, being unsure about the future, but knowing there was more, Ashley enrolled in a Nutrition Counselling program — starting just one week before her 40th birthday.

While she expected to fall in love with nutrition, what surprised her most was how deeply she was drawn to the coaching and counselling side of the work. She realized it wasn’t just about food — it never is — it was about helping people reconnect with themselves.

Around this time, Ashley started to really dive back into Human Design, a system she had learned about a few years prior, but hadn’t trusted to truly live in alignment with.

Instead of trying to force herself into routines, habits, and ways of being that worked for other people, she began to understand her own energy, her own rhythms, and how she was actually designed to move through life. It gave her language for things she had felt for years but couldn’t explain, and permission to start doing things differently.

That combination — practical support through nutrition, deeper emotional work, and the self-awareness of Human Design — became the foundation of her approach.

Ashley now supports clients in reconnecting with their bodies in a way that feels sustainable, compassionate, and actually aligned. Yes, that includes nutrition. But it also includes learning how to feel your feelings (turns out, a feeling is not a thought), interrupt old, unaligned patterns, and rebuild trust with yourself.

Originally from Newfoundland, she brings warmth, storytelling, and humour into her work. Clients often find themselves laughing just as much as they’re reflecting, making even the most vulnerable conversations feel a little lighter.

At the heart of it all, Ashley believes this: when you learn how to feel safe and at home in your body, everything changes: how you nourish yourself, how you show up in your relationships, and how fully you allow yourself to live.

And these days, she’s finally doing exactly that.
