Get to
know me
For most of her adult life, Ashley would tell you she was obsessed with learning everything she could about health and fitness. She knew — and probably tried — every diet, a long list of workout programs, and spent years attempting to bio-hack her way through the forest toward “optimal health.”
What she’ll also tell you, with her characteristic humour, is that there was a lot of learning…and not a lot of actually living during that time.
